Tomato and basil

Vegetables picked from the garden.

Tomato and basil are some of the products we like in summer when they taste good.

I harvest them well fleshy, then stuffed with a combination of rice, pesto and crushed almonds and raises a hint of pink garlic Lautrec.

Naturally, I cook them sprinkled with fragrant virgin olive oil from the Clermont-l'Hérault mill.

I accompany this summer dish with a merry red wine, on strawberry flavors, frank and tonic.
